@Fercruz13 I've been getting this problem a lot too. It still exists for me. Try downloading the older version. It worked for me. Go to the Download page at Minecraft.net, and below there is a
Minecraft for Windows (alternative). Then press the link and maybe it will work for you.

 

This happened to me last time, Skins failed to load, and mcsound stops working.
I removed all files in .minecraft also the launcher, and updated java to latest version, install the launcher, and it worked x)
if it didnt work, it can be on the connection, which refuses to download some files.. thing... ._.
