»[Factions] Possible Alt Situation

Issue: Possible Alt suspicion even after unban
Evidence: Provided as screen shots, not proving however through examination it seems quite clear that he himself, was confused on who electro13, a player who was logged in on his IP was.

So basically the player: HalloweenHD was recently detected with having many accounts of the same IP, in his faction, I believe there were a couple that I can't recall off the top of my head. After some annoying messages sent between the two of us, I sort of saw something odd about what he said and brought this forward, as I clearly don't like him and what he said clearly contradicts prior / later statements he tells me. However I am unsure as tenderman was said to have unbanned him according to halloweenhd.
Attached are screen shots, that are pretty self explanatory, again I dont know if he really is lying or not, just a report incase.
He claims electro13 is his brother, then claims he's his friend who came to his house and logged into his minecraft account.

I investigated this yesterday and even got teamspeak voice confirmation from all the players linked to the IP.
