»[Annihilation] Strength II potion's removal

So, the strength II potion as we all know and hate (due to its overpowerness, lol?) has been nerfed to prevent farmers from 1-hit leathers. Since the Strength II potion is now the same as Strength I counterpart but less time, why don't we just remove it? I mean, make the Strength II potion unbrewable:
So please make it so when you put the Strength I non-extended potion in the Brewing stand GUI and put glowstone in it, it just won't work. It will not brew into Strength II one, to prevent new players from brewing it.
