Remove the stacking of creepers from spawners and for rest you can keep...
when they fall half of them dont dia...
-plus when i am placing spawners all of them are going to one.. IS this a bug or something new? if its new it sucks for raider ..

And about your problem "Half of the creepers don't die"

Maybe you can make a lava kiling system?

thats only works for igs not creeper spawners i think

 

You can make lava reaches there heads only.

 

its easier if they change it too non stacking for creepers only..

 

No its not , Because they made it to reduce the lag amount, you can easliy turn your killing system and it will be more efficient trust me.
(Btw you can lock this post because i am pretty sure they wont remove it).
