Hello aXed i saw that you made a change in the /fix cooldown and you added /fix on all legacy ranks.

I would like to suggest to bring the cooldown of /fix for god rank back to 1 hour because 2 hours is way to long for a expensive/high rank like that.

/fix cooldown of titan is 1 hour atm..
All the cooldowns have changed I think.

/fix was only available from demigod but now he changed it, i bought god rank just because i saw it has a cooldown of 1 hour and i liked it.

This is not related to the /fix cooldown.
I think it's a good change what he did, adding /fix to all legacyranks.
People are just always afraid of change..

Regarding to your support ticket, I hope you understand you are not the only one who submits a support ticket. So you can imagine the pile of support tickets people have to work on. I understand it's a long time to wait, but shouting that someone is doing "stupid things" doesn't make the support any faster.

Still, change doesn't always have to be bad, just some adjusting.

 

Sorry but I paid reall money for my rank. I paid for all the features of god rank. So debuffing my rank is like, I pay for something and i get a whole other thing for it. 1 hour cooldown is enough foor god rank 2 hours is too much.

 

I know you did, all i was saying is, change doesn't have to always be bad..

I paid for my rank in survival aswell with real money.

 

When this kid tries to act like a staff member and says support ticket when it’s clearly just a thread. Plus you’re not helping him at all your just saying stuff like oh it’s fine it can’t be that bad.

But if you wan't to hate on me, go ahead..
All I said is, change is not always bad. If things are not balanced enough, they need to be changed, as they have in this case.

Regarding to the "support ticket", this was about the other post he made about his support ticket not being answered fast enough.

If you believe anyone is violating the rules, there's a reason why we have the Report button. Regarding this post, the changes that aXed has made, are for the best of the server and keeping balance of donator ranks. We all know it can be frustrating but it is how it is and we have to live with that, such posts won't make a difference. Although I agree with the suggestion, but it's in aXed's hands not ours. And the opinion of a member out of 500 members that play GC won't really make a difference in aXed's decision. Sorry if I wasn't clear enough <3
