»Why I cannot buy personal boosters?

Hello, my friend bought a personal x2 anni booster about 9 months ago. I want to buy the booster too but there are only global boosters. When will it be available to buy personal boosters? Thanks, matusak22.

 

The EULA prevents them from selling things like this. The EULA is an agreement that the server agrees to when it is running. It doesn't apply to everything, like the Legacy Ranks and keys, but it does not permit the selling of these boosters. I hope I was able to adequately explain this to you.
