Can any staff enlighten me about the boundaries of when a msg becomes a flood and when it is not? Because I got muted for only typing "Zzzzzzzzzzzz". Its not even that long, not disturbing the chat. It is really confusing me because the rules are not really fixed and it has become relative depending on their own opinions. Some staff are really open where I can even chat with them and laugh in chat "hahahahahahahahahahaha" without getting muted. Some are really strict when u repeat a character 6 times, insta mute. Ty in advance.

Flooding: Sending messages with elongated words or random characters or symbols.
There was no reason for you to send that. And it's not your place to tell me when I should mute or not.
I was afk, eating, when the guy starting spamming and flooding. All the while, Another staff member was online. You could've told him to do it. I'm not the only one who was there and I have the right to be afk when I want to be.
That's flooding and unless I'm told otherwise, I'm not unmuting you.

Great ur the first one to reply. Im not asking for only one opinion tho. Im asking for other staffs to say their own standards and opinions.
[Edit] And yeah, me who only chat "Zzzzzzzzzzzz" and a guy who literally screwed the chat like 10 farmers in anni would do the chat both have equally 4 hours of mute. Im not disrespecting tho, but Im just opening up and standing to my point and opinion.
[Edit#2] If rules are strictly implemented. Then how about that guy chatting in all caps?

I respect you stating your opinion and voicing out your thoughts, But as I said, I was not looking at the game at the time. He is muted as well.

i have an idea, dont flood at all. whats the point of doing Zzzzzzzzz in chat other than to annoy the staff into muting you.

A lot of the mutes depend mainly on context.

I'm a laid-back and chill guy. I don't mind a simple 'hahahahaha' , unless it is unreasonably long

In your case a 'zzzzzzzzz' was absolutely unnecessary. For an admin of certain game modes , this is very annoying because there's the chat and TAC to look out for. That's why mods are there to help
