Quick question

Am I allowed to use a VPN like vypr VPN to get a better connection to the server ?? I get really bad ping so I was hoping I could change my country to somewhere near the servers database or whatever

Or under the owners bed

Would be kinda weird if you weren't allowed to have a VPN when you are playing, they do nothing but protect the VPN user from exposing their information to third parties.

 

you can use vpns to evade ip bans

 

I havent got any banned ips and they increase ur latency considerably

There was a post where stickypiston got falsebanned for alting, he was using vps and he got mistaken for someone who was banned
Axed unbanned him and told him I quote
"If you're going to use a VPN, use a good one"

Where is this stated? Nowhere on the entire site is stated that you cannot use a VPN. You can't just say you cant use it and not back it up with some reasoning.
Yes, you can avoid ban with a VPN because it changes your IP. This doesn't mean you are actually ban evading and so should not be allowed to use a VPN at all.

You can also ban evade by going on the neighbours wifi, or simply get an IP change with a Dynamic assigned IP from your ISP.

A VPN could actually improve your latency/connection if you ISP is throttling your connection.

Could you link to a post where aXed has said this? I can't find it with the search function.
