Well
-Get brewing stand-/recipe brewing stand
-Get blaze powder
-Place them in it
-Get water bottles
-Put them in and brew them with nether warts
-You will get awkward potion which is the second potion to start brewing pots above the water bottles

Next you need to brew the awkward potion with other brew materials
Search on YouTube with what brewing materials you can brew what pots,or just msg me here so i can tell you.

I think he knows how brewing works, but sometimes nothing happens when you brew something.

 

Well that never happend to me,so maybe its a bug...oh yea,I can't see now,but maybe there is such a command to turn breeing off in /is setting?
