Admin = can ban player, but won't check helpop. "Disrespect staff", you need to respect us, and then we will
respect you. Ban hackers, We will respect you.
Mod = "Don't accuse, use /h" Helpop is useless, because admin won't check helpop..that's why we accuse.

If you're too lazy to fix this server or demote useless staff, just remove this server. (for aXed)
If you're too lazy to fix this server, just demote your self. (for Admin) (for xph11)

Many players are upset because of this.

Please fix this server, or give back my 10 EUR, because I already bought x4 booster in Annihilation.
Guildcraft is broken, fix this server. Fix hit bug in practicepvp. Fix Annihilation. Ban hackers. Not just mute, but check the hackers too.

Instead of complaining why not start suggestion ways to make it better. If the people who you think are suppose to make GC better, aren't doing so, then take it into your own hands. Start suggesting ways the staff can improve the way they do their jobs. Or become staff yourself and make GC better. Players will stand behind you if you have a good vision. Otherwise complaining won't do much justice.

I know you may think that staff are lazy kids that don't care but I assure you that is not true. Every staff member is picked specifically for their activity and maturity with dealing with these situations. I guarantee if an admin is online and you do /helpop they will try their best to investigate the situation. If they don't then they will likely be demoted. Now for your complaints about bug issues. The head-admins are constantly receiving these bug reports and will work to fix it to the full extent of their ability. Sometimes it may take higher staff such as aXed to fix a bug which he is very busy working on things for the server, it may take a long time to fix them so please be patient. Every staff member is here to help the server become a better place for players if you have any specific reports on a single staff member and you have evidence to back it up, then we will further investigate their behavior and take actions necessary to correct them or demote them in some situations.

 

How about not complaining about the server and try to be as good as you can? I'm very sure if you were an admin, you couldn't even do 1% of the job we do. This thing happened to me once. 3 people sent me PMs, one complaining about a false mute, one other saying to me to check 2 players' IPs and the third was telling me to check a guy, instead of using /h. Somebody else was harassing heavily another player and I had to check 4 reports and I was alone in the game. Always keep in mind that admins are actual people and not robots. Our job is to keep both the chat and the server clean from hackers and accusers/harassers. Accusing (you mentioned it above), swearing and generally breaking the rules in any way makes our work even harder + you are not helping us in any way. So, the next time you accuse, think about it twice. Please. Being an admin is not something easy, it's not easy at all. We are working very hard to make GC a better place for you to play; and this is the reason you spent some money on this server. At last, sometimes there is something like XP rain or the Vampire glitch occurs; we can't see everything. I'm going to day that cliche "be more respectful" and I mean it. We try to respect players as much as we can, but YOU have to do the first step, not us, because we have tons of things to keep tract of.

 

Suzyfury have spend around 250 euros on server and now I think I should have bought a special gold plated fidget spinner which is more alive than this server . I'll tell you how admins are chosen ,first xph comes online he starts doing /tpall and spawns giant zombies like always, then he look for people who are actually enjoying it you can see therealdoctor above he's one of em. Then he ask for their age and when a 8 year old say I am 16 boom he's admin. Except for lunalove who become me admin without becoming mod because xph11 is fan of her and arjenpro is too op to insult.

 

being a staff member isn't easy at all.. You should to try to be 1 and try to make this server better

The time of making tons of money is over since the new EULA rules especially for us as a cracked server.

Rules are rules, besides that accusing someone in public chat is stupid because 8/10 times they'll turn off their hacks off imminently.

This is bullshit, be happy there is even staff that like pending their free time helping & moderating a server like this instead of blaming everyone and everything.

If I am admin, and if someone accusing, I'll check the hacker, I'll check it, if he's not hacker, I'll mute him, but if he's hacker, I'll ban and I won't mute.
