»2 support ticket now and still no reply

ok so i made a support ticket in was replied to by @Rabascm who told me to wait for @aXed to reply but he never did. its been 4 weeks since the first support ticket now.

I was then advised to close the support ticket and make a new one which i did and now its been up to a week and still there is no reply!!!

please can someone help me
