How do you know that they don't know how to program it? or are you just assuming they don't know?

Plus it has been almost a year now, they must have improved their programming skills throughout this period of time, i'm pretty sure they can do that now, if not before.

Considering the amount of bugs and glitches they make I'm pretty sure that programming it wont be easy.

Theres probably no point of bumping this post. They already know about this bug and he's probably too busy. This is just going to get locked saying that they already have that idea on mind

For those of you that don't know, in old Annihilation, there used to be a "Player NPC" that appears if you lose connection/disconnect from the game, it only has 30 seconds before it despawns, if it is killed before 30 seconds pass, the stuff you had will be dropped where the NPC spawned, but if it doesn't get killed, you will be teleported to your base with your stuff that you've had before you lost connection/disconnected.
This feature was added so that if you lost connection/disconnected, you don't lose your stuff unfairly, but it was removed because of void-logging.

What is void-logging?

Void-logging is when you logout while falling to the void, which other players do not expect(most of the time), resulting in bringing you back to your base safe from other players, which was the reason for staff members to remove the NPCs from annihilation.

How can the problem of void-logging be solved?

I have 3 possible solutions for this problem:

GuildCraft can make it so that if there are no blocks under you(not including air because it counts as a block), your NPC does not appear.

GuildCraft can select an area which only inside of it will appear NPCs when disconnected, so the non-selected area will not have NPCs in it.

Or GuildCraft can make it so that you log back where your NPC was left when disconnected.

If you have an even better solution for this, please let me know, I will make sure I add it to the "possible solutions" list, and please let me know your thoughts about this topic, I wanna know if it is just me who wants NPCs back.

+1 even tho i live in EU and i have like 80 ping almost everytime my internet crashes sometimes and i lose all my stuff and i cant go in game since the new bug that wont allow you to join in ph3-4-5

This is a NEEDED addition, they should add it back!, i have the issue alot, same with many other people.
