You need to be more patient. It can take up to 10 days or so to get your reply. Sometimes, even two weeks so please wait eagerly and contact the staff only when the 10 days have past.

 

are u staff? no so stfu and let a staff member reply its been over 10 days ffs.

 

When Zayn Malik's 8 year old fans are angry for not getting a reply on their ticket and they take it out on who ever they see, lol.
P.S even if I'm not staff, I do hold enough knowledge to at least know that "it can take up to 10 days to get a reply" so...
