Evidence: After a 1v1 vs 'Childish' I straight away said gg, but he started coming up with excuses, such as 'pinger', 'kb', etc. I was tired of these people not taking a loss with grace and told him to stop being a 'sore loser'. Now i dont know what iskeletonzHD thinks this means because he decided to warn me for it. He warned me for telling another guy to take a loss. Then I told him simply to look up what this word means, and he tempmutes me for an hour. Well, here is the definition: A sore loser refers to one who does not take defeat well, whereas a good sport means being a "good winner" as well as being a "good loser". So I was telling him to be a good sport in other words. How is that worth a 2hr mute?

First of all, I've already warned you via /warn for bad sporsmanship, which therefore you didn't stop. You had repeated this "sore loser" sentence to the player known as "Childish" for more than 3 times, and you know that is bad sportsmanship. Again therefore, you are muted for bad sportsmanship which will expire in 2 hours. I don't think I am doing this all wrong since I have been a Mod for more than 3 months.

 

No iSkelentonzHD I did not keep repeating it to him. I was, if you read the pics, telling you to look up the definition of sore loser, I only told it to him once, and he did not stop attacking me 'pinger kb low' 'no its not gg' etc and you didnt say anything to him did you. Also iWitherBC I had already said gg to him (its up there somewhere) but he would not accept it, so I was simply telling him to try and accept a loss with some grace. Yes, okay maybe my choice of words was not the best and maybe a warn was right, but then after I told you to look up what the word meant, no harm in that, you decided to mute me for 2hrs. I see that as unfair even after what he had been saying to me. I know you will all gang up on me but try see sense, that mute was not right.

You didn't screenshoot the last part wher you said "iSkeletonzHD sore loser" before I mute you last. Also, even if you had said "gg" before you mentioned him with a bad sportsmanship behaviour, it is however still muteable no matter at what costs. Also, I've silently warned this Childish for accusing of hacks already in /warn. There is no need to start off another useless report for hot-topics.

 

Yes, and there is no reason to lie to get your way. I never called you a sore loser, why would I even do that when you didnt lose anything, that is completely false. And no muting me was not justified as you had already warned me and so had no reason to mute me, all I said after the warning was for you to look up what it meant, which was still no reason for a mute. And no, it is not a useless report if I have been punished unfairly.

 

Ok, here is what you EXACTLY said... "iSkeletonzHD look up sore loser" and that is indirectly calling me a sore loser. Also, I did not mute you after you explaining the definition of "sore loser". I've only warned you 2 times for calling Childish "sore loser" and calling a me as a Mod, "sore loser". If you think this is a lie, ask any other staffs there were on. You do not nessesarily to argue with a staff on the forums over a mute. A mute is a mute, that cannot be changed. Picking on staffs over a pointless thing saying that they lie, doesn't work here at all. Tagging @AsyFrost, @Super_Nate, @Lolo :O and @Elphios.

 

The warn could be given when this happend repeatedly, however considering you are a regular player you should by now understand the rules. The warn was completely optional and yet you continue to provoke the player.. If a player can't take his loss it doesn't mean you have to respond to them.. That is all you who chose to reply back in a somewhat negative way.

To conclude this report, your mute will stay however Childish will be muted aswell since both sides played a part.
iSkeletonzHD handled perfectly fine in this situation.

 

Wow, well I cant really believe you think that I actually called you a sore loser. Think about it, you didnt lose anything (ive already said this) so there is literally no sense in me calling you that. I have also already said that I accept the warning, but its clear now you muted me because you thought that I was in fact insulting you. So if you really believed that, then it looks like it was a misunderstanding. And don't tell me I cant argue with a staff over the forums, I need to have my say, especially if I feel I was treated unfairly. and @AsyFrost It didnt actually happen repeatedly, I was warned for calling another player a sore loser, which I supposes is fair, then muted because iSkeletonzHD seems to think that I was actually indirectly telling him he was a sore loser , which I find hard to believe, but it must have just been misread. Also, I didnt continue to provoke Childish at all, as you can see by what IskeletonzHD said above the mute was actually because of how he thought I was insulting him. I do understand the rules, but I wont accept that the mute was right, as it just seems that it was a mistake. Hopefully iSkeletonz you can just accept that you misread it, and I will accept that I should not have replied in the way that I did to him flaming me.

Lastly, im not sure what you mean by 'your mute will stay' as it only lasted 2 hours, but I was annoyed at the time, and hate abusive staff (Im not saying anyone is abusive but I thought so at the time, I think that is it cleared up though.)
