Well can you really even control that? i mean if he sells it from outside the website then he can bypass it ezy

 

Ok but its pretty obvious when someone goes onto bis account with a different ip adress than him lol

 

But if he himself says "I am giving my account to him" then its allowed,its not permitted to share accounts because it can lead to that account being stolen and then the owner would blame the staff here but if he gives it up then its allowed since he cant be mad at anyone but himself if something happens to it
