For my few hours of experience playing GC. There is a Mute System to prevent players from swearing in order to create a fun and good community for the younger audiences and to prevent cyber-bullying and harrassment of any kind. However, some staffs do not give fair punishment or judges.

Here are the list of incidents I have encountered:

Players who are new and swear for the first time are immediately muted without hesitation or warning, even though they have no intention of hurting other players, Example: "that's f***ed up".

Some people who swore are not muted and instead, given a warning.

Some people who joked about other races are not muted and was then only muted if they are said it twice even with staffs online. Saying stuff like "N****", you know what that means? It means you are insulting african-american gentlemens/ladies as black apes! I, as a Chinese, also disencourages racism since some of us are dark skinned.

People who played long enough and cursed are not muted and instead given a warning. What is this? Aren't they a role model to inspire us to be like them? So you like telling us that if we played long enough, we can curse and harrass other players? I was irritated when a staff said "He was here long so he know the rules, hence I am not muting him". So he means, people who dk the rules and violate it should be muted and not given a warning, people who know the riles and violate it are given a warning.

I hope you staffs read this and hope you guys improve the mute system.
    Thank you for reading this.

Don't get what are u trying 2 say . All i know is they swear and get mute , well about those who are new . Then they might need 2 see which mod they are with , @Chisagu Always warn before she mutes , While @KinqCake @TheCatsKing and @TheTurboTiger dont gives warning and just mutes them ... Actually i dont see a problem with his (Sry if i offend u guys , Still u guys are trying 2 keep the community clean of racism and swearing though)

I will not state the name due to privacy.
But I sure did experience a staff stating that.
    He was a MOD.

There's no "mute system", staff mute and warn on discretion. Rather than attacking a "system", it'd be nice if you could suggest what staff can change as per their course of action instead of asking us to fix the proverbial "system".

Like Cat said warning is only for new players, I always warn first if it's a new player and I don't actually care what you think about it.

I won't even argue with you about it cus you don't know anything and all you say is false.

Also why are u requesting lock with no reason.

If you would do a little research and ask staff about the rules, you would know that warning is only for new players and if you see staff muting without a warning it's probably an old or toxic player who doesnt care about the rules, I don't know who's that "staff" who doesnt warn new players and just mute them, and if there is one you can simply report him.

All you said here is wrong, you don't know anything so I won't even argue with you like I said.

Saying Nigga in general is not allowed, not even as a joke.

Before I mute or warn someone I always check their history, by their history I can see if they're old or new, I don't know about other servers but that's what I do on Anni.

If you don't like our rules you can simply leave.

Btw where is your suggestion, I can't find it.

    There's ban and mute system.

Same with you, you don't even know what you're talking about so I won't even argue with you about it.

As far as I know, new players are supposed to be given a warning before they are muted (if they continue to break rules after they are warned). The warning is now only for new players. Old players are supposed to be given a mute right away because they are aware that they are breaking the rules. What you supposedly experience is not how the situation should've been approached. it is supposed to be the other way around. It would help a lot if you could give us the name(s) of the ones who said "He was here long so he know the rules, hence I am not muting him" because that is definitely not correct. Thanks for the feedback :)

No point in arguing about this. If you believe someone isn't following the rules, please report him. If you have been muted and do not agree, make an unmute request.

    Locked.
