So there are 4 prison bosses where everyone just comes to to try to get the items. However some people just come in at the end and pick up the items. What I'm suggesting is to make the items go right into the person who did the most damage to the boss directly into his/her inventory. This will stop noobs from taking items from bosses that you put your hard work into killing. Also, a top 3 should be implemented too so people can't just do the final hit to get the items. The top 3 will be based on damage done to the boss. The 1st will get the actual items. The 2nd one should get a kinda good item. For example, the second guy for Grum would get a sharpness 4 axe and effi 4 pick. The third guy would get a smaller item such as a sharp 3 axe. This top 3 system should be implemented so players have a chance to get a reward for actually trying to get items.
