»Important threads get ignored?

Hi there guys,

I am gonna make this a really short post as there is no need for me to make it all too long.
Basically what I am trying to point out is the fact that today for example Krocktail posted a couple of things on the fora, but on the other hand he is staff and he should do the necessary first. I made an unban thread myself and did not get any response. Is it just me experiencing this or do more people feel like there's some priority issues? Let me know.

P.S. No personal offense or anything towards @Krocktail

We need a admin that know how to do his/her job other admins just use the name ADMIN to be famous or something

 

They put this shitty autoban system because 90% of admins are lazy af.The autoban banned more legit players than actual hackers.I'm not the only one saying this.

 

you dont know how lazy admins are to check logs and stuff and tthey come so bloody egotistical once they get staff rank
like my friend once i knew and stuff he knew me he got admin 1/2 months later of being admin he forgot me 100% for example [xph11] i was friends before he got admin or was it head-admin i dont remember then later 1 2 months he forgot me and swore he didnt even see me before like i was a low life
its like there cops that say [ye u murder'd this guy idc go to jail for ur life were not investigating]

Unban requests aren't messages nor posts.
They're kind of serious. And you're talking about Admins not being proffesional? really?
They don't ignore unban requests. It's not that easy to take every point into consideration and come to the right conclusion.
Just be patient and your request will be answered.
Admins are not bots.

I don't see why this is again directed to me since I've nothing do with.
You're autobanned and the only people with knowledge about the autoban are Asyfrost and Tibo.

The only thing we can do is posting the same text what they are using on the other unban request so maybe you need to contact them.

You also didn't tag anyone so how am I supposed to know that you made an unban request.

I didnt make this to say you are not doing right I just gave you as an example as at least half of my unban requests over the past 3 years have been ignored even though half of the bans had nothing to do with actual hacking , im not saying u have anything to do with that but what i meant is that at the time i made this post you had just posted 2 threads about stuff that are not really important so as i noticed that i realised my unban thread had been up for days with no replies but admins check the fora all the time...

I have at least 5 unban request with no replies after at least a year of time, after playing here for 5 years I know how this server and its staff works not gud

That's absolutely wrong. If the autoban system is accurate then why aren't the hackers getting banned and proselytizing day by day.
