so heres the thing i got banned for hacks, then i made an unban request and i have been looking for the staff who could take care of my case, then i found @Lolo :O started talking with me on my ban and i started presenting my side at the story and @Lolo :O defeanded the gc autoban by presenting facts on my ban..
mean while @Elphios joined @Lolo :O and i transfered my conversetion on my ban to Elphios while im presenting facts on the Gc Server and on my ban @Elphios became abit too much y and with try defeanding the server he started swearing at me while im talking in mature way, affter a while we talked on my ban (me presenting my side and elphios swearing with me while he know nothing litterly nothing on my ban or anything on me) i started to talk on how @aXed scammed me :>, at that moment elphios got out of hes mind and hes swearing level became insane and eventually he banned me from discord at the moment i mention im going to report him, that show on behavoir that not acceptable since discord and forums and etc been made for helping players who need help and since i had mature behavoir and i didnt swore towards anyone or anything on the server just presenting my side elphios extended my ban at gc and banned me from discord.
@Elphios before you closing it and swearing at me over here as well think about what you did and present what you saying with facts and proofs please :> thx.

while my ban perm ban for hacks (20 euros for unban) he extended it with another 20 euros (and i wont talk that gc autoban claims that i used kill/aimbot at kitpvp wich is 10 days ban and i wont talk on that i never hacked gc and i got an succseslful unban request )

Elphios sent links of hacks that of what he said: "cannot be found by guildcraf autoban or guildcraft admins" means he just gave players tool to hack guildcraft without someone knowing.
means something that not fit to a staff and espicially to an high staff like him.

Hey sagi, even though I'm not directly involved with any of your bans I'd like to give you an answer on both and hopefully, that will stop all the arguments that are going on right now.

on this report
the ban was correct, you were banned for arguing. I do apologise for both Elwin and I's behaviour as it was kind of provocative. I was the one who linked vape website(please keep in mind I only sent it as a joke, I never encouraged u using it). Elwin simply said "use that if u don't want to get banned" as a joke as well. Exceptions can be made on bans if the banned player apologises and comes to a peaceful side with the head admin.

on your ban(please remember that this is as much information I can give you without leaking how TAC works )

You were banned because you triggered two checks that are as accurate as it gets. You weren't autobanned as the logs get saved and tibo looks into them before adding them to a banwave(tldr banwave bans are more accurate than autoban bans ) The ban isn't permanent so you can come back in a few days, without a client, of course. My best guess would be that you got y on kitpvp and downloaded a client, I'm positive you don't usually cheat so please don't let that happen again.

@Lolo :O let me tell you something, I am banned aswell. I've been playing in this server for almost a year now and was on top of leaderboard on KitPvP. I wasn't the best pvper and I NEVER used hacks and never will, I don't know if it's my fault that I installed Optifine, that is the only thing I use.. @blinkifyouwantme told me that I am banned for 10 days but I am perm banned for actually doing nothing, it's not just me, as I can see there are more legit players here that are getting banned for nothing. I was and always will be against hackers, even wanted to apply for mod so I can help the server be better and now straight out of nowhere I'm banned.

@sagi I never really agreed with you on the server, but for this new ban system I think that it's not accurate. I have been false banned by @TheEpicRusher a while ago aswell, for KillAura even though I don't hack. I made an unban request because I am actually banned for noting like this time, but by Autoban now and then I was unbanned because he didn't have no proof that I hacked. I remember he tped me to him at anni on a map, can't remember which one though, then pvped with me and lost, then tped me again and after the 2nd one I think he banned me. This ban system is not accurate, that is all I have to say.

 

New system is not accurate, provides arguments of an admin banning him. You are an absolute legend!

 

That video is of recker cheating, I have known him before I was even staff and I can confirm he hacked.

It is accurate, but it builds up violations untill it's 100% sure the person is hacking. You see recker triggered 5 violations and by that logic the anticheat shouldn't ban him as it requires an x amount of violations to autoban someone.

Eh actually theres posts like this every couple of weeks whenever a relatively known player gets banned; Most of them cheated and then lied to their friends about it who are so naive they believe that bullshit and then just a huge clusterfuck happens.

None of you know anything about the anticheat, you DON'T know how it works. or how it does FUCKING ANYTHING. The only reason why people are defending people that get autobanned is because they say it's false. That is litterly no proof. If it was some random dude that got banned and then denied it no one would believe him because he has no friends inside the community while if someone known with a bunch of friends gets banned he will just fucking lie to them and they would believe it.

a guy cheats for a while, get autobanned
he doesn't want his friends to hate him so he lies about cheating
he starts trashtalking the anti cheat, the staff etc because hes not cheating, right???
his friends believe him and then they do the same thing
a huge cluster **** happens
the players get punished
they complain to more of their friends outside the guildcraft platform resulting in an even bigger cluster ****

Then everyone accuses staff of abusing because they banned players who have been creating drama and such.

There is litterly no proper way to deal with this kind of shit because everything leads to more drama.

There is a way. Perm ban players who trash talk staff. That will end it real quick.

I've never seen another server like GC that lets people talk about staff the way they do here, and lets so many banned cheaters come back. Not complaining; it's the rules here and that's the way it will be, not my decision. But certainly not the way I would handle it. Hard to keep good staff when players are allowed to treat them like scum.

 

Problem is; people who get banned from gc platforms will most likely get their friends to start drama too so it just results in more drama. Which is why theres no good way to deal with this. But yes, I agree. Removing them from all guildcraft related platforms is the best solution.
