For future reference, when a thread like this is created, just lock it or delete it. There's absolutely no reason to even reply to something like this, thanks. and he locked it idk if it is the same, but an admin may decide to lock this on what i found before or just keep it open.
Staff guidelines just need to be improved a bit. Also we have a staff chat so new mods can ask every staff member on guildcraft if they need help or have any questions.
lol no staff shouldn't be trained to be more professional. Sure, some staff should be more serious but we are not robots. Most of the staff /warn and then mute, no communication with the community, no explanation, just robots and then when an old player complains they have no idea how to handle the community. So my opinion, remove /warn, staff would need to warn through the chat and actually think about why they're warning/muting someone instead of just following the guidelines like robots.
