I feel like 25% of Guildcraft staff are actually professional. My plan: New staff such as mods are trained by trained/professional admins There should be a bigger purpose for admins beside banning and helping... meaning more responsibility! ======================================================================== You: What about helpers? Me: Oh, right! ======================================================================== Helpers should also contribute in this. Helpers are helping players MOST OF THE TIME but why not "Help" mods to improve. So everyone has a piece in the puzzle . I'm saying this cause staff members are setting a example for other people around them.
Yea it would be a good idea i guess. But you can find everything on the staff guideline and you can always ask other people. Not everyone has time to teach new mods what to do
Atleast for me when I became a mod KinqCake was a huge example on how I should behave. He told me what I should do in certain situations. In my opinion the H-A should tell them how to behave when the first promote. But after that if a mod doesn't know what to do in a situation they should always ask an admin before they attempt to solve the problem on their own.
I agree on this. Actually the guideline isn't enough to explain the new staff about the rules in the team. Many of the admins are helping the new staffmember of course, but yeah not everyone does that. It would be really nice doing this
