    • make hook cooldown 3 seconds
    • remove the "you're not on the ground" its frustrating and why??
    these are the things i didnt like since i bought it

    3 seconds is too O.P and so is 10 seconds. In my opinion it should be nerfed
    Just like soga said 'your not on the ground' is removed due to void scorpers

    True, The enemy will not have a chance to escape as they would be continuously scorped therefore this is another reason why they shouldn't buff scorpio
