»[Important] Creative

Since KinqCake set down as head admin for the creative server
no one filled that empty rank which left Creative with no h-admin.
xph11 was set as a temporary Head-Admin but he is rarely on as he has more
sub-servers ( eggwars, prison and more ) to administrate.

Creative needs a new head admin to moderate and fix all bugs creative is having,
therefore I'm asking for a new head admin to be chosen.

I know few ppls that will be great leaders for Creative. They are @BantaFanta_ and @Skys_Alive. There cant be anyone else better for head admin on Creative trust me.

Agree, there are a lot of bugs that needs fixing, and Creative has been kinda bland lately. There has to be a change...

But the H-A position has to be given to someone who actually deserves it, just saying.

agreed, lots of bugs exist, true, but you have to understand lately both axed and xph been busy with alot of stuff thats happening, its still not urgent, we can manage without one for some time, alot new stuff coming to bring creative back to life, as soon as a new head admin is choosen

I vote for @BantaFanta_ , he knows what's good for Creative and he's the only one who knew and has all my update plans since I left, he's the only one who I would trust for that position if not me.

I came with a idea about a completely new creative with ranks. Those ranks would be obtained by building and every rank you would get new permissions (like worldedit commands and bigger plots).
The higher the rank, the higher the standards. When kinq left this whole idea was thrown of the table. But to me it still seems a very good idea.

The creative server will have a ranking system. There will be made standards for every rank (example plots).

I honestly don't know never go on creative as my creative server is the guild server

 

Was it thought? Kinq said on his reply that he would give all he has to the new head admin, its still gonna happen, no matter who is choosen but yeah, you already know i agree/support even helped the develpmont of this idea, so hope it gets added

 

Headadmin will remain unchanged and the current head-admin will receive support from existing head-admins to relieve pressure so expect some other head-admins to hop in now and then.

Head-Admin isn't something you can earn by building, you need social skills and knowledge of the servers plus community. Not just the creative community, as a Head-Admin you get contact by for example someone who plays factions to people who don't actually bother with guildcraft but want to build. It is critical the person knows how to handle him/herself and we have blindly put people on the spot before without any logic to it due to being in need of one, cough, Raghdan.
