Why nobody answer i make a ticket for forget password.
But nobody answer.
I make a other ticket : Forget password. Why nobody answer?

Do you see all the threads on the forums saying "Fix Anni", "Bug", "server dying". They are really busy, and they should be.
I know it can be frustrating, but just be patient. They will come to you as soon as they are done with their current occupation for the server.
