So it was a nice time playing here and i really loved the community and all , but this time i'm done with it
so the story is some1 named icrawler chargedback , he was the 1 who bough me my ranks [master - overlord] so bcz of his chargeback i got banned for like 5 days begging on a support ticket so aXed can at least take a look and answer me
anyways his answer was "you are unbanned but u loose ur rank tho " i was like what ? wtf? and why ? and i dont even get the stuff i paid to icrawler back ? well it's been abt 4 days and he didnt reply and i'm sick of it
to the people who'll say it aint worth it :
i worked my ass hard to get these ranks that's 1
2- i have enough money to get my rank back but i dont want to take that bullshit anymore they cant just take what they want and make me pay again so they can get money for something that i already paid for with igm or euros . in fact i dont care about the stuff they took but it's just about the idea of raping my rights and expecting me to obey their rules ..
anyways that was it
alot of good people i met here i'll miss u guys will see u later dont worry about it
and i dont think i'll be on from now on maybe just once in a week or 2 weeks to say hi

so what i understand here is that people can use other players ign to buy stuff (even that they don't know about it) then chargeback and get them banned.

yes but waiting until aXed replies to ur support ticket or unban request is a little bit a waste of time since u are innocent,
i mean that u will stop playing 5 days just because of someone hates u , buy somthing with ur ign and then chargeback and get his money back resulting of banning the innocent guy. it doesn't seem good at all
