I dont know why i always get denied on mod application is there anyone can help me?

There's no secret, maybe you needed to aqquire until requirements for Mod.

"You must be above 14+, younger than 14 don't apply."

"You must know all our rules by heart."

I'll also, in addition add in another thing to it...
"You must not be immature, or either toxic."
Hope my advice helped.

If a head-admin doesnt feel that you are ready for Mod, they will deny u

 

You need a fair amount of in game time as well.
My best advice for you is to ask the head admin who declined you itself.

The Head-Admin sees your motivation based on your Application.
They will also think if its worth giving you the rank, meaning if you are ready to be a staff, and they most of the time base it on your in-game knowledge or plugins knowledge.
Next they will look at your attitude/behavior and your willingness to commit something huge, aka based on your history and in-game chats and/or related.
Not forgetting they take maturity and age very seriously
And finally how you would do your job. They would expect you to contribute in the community in a caring & friendly manner.
