i think its allowed tbh, cus i think it just shows when he's holding down ctrl or not, because sometimes it goes away and comes back, unlike toggling it

 

it is but it wont be if i toggle like sneak etc.

 

yeah but there is a list of mods that are allowed and it is not one of them so it is basically not allowed
