Yeah I think he's right, up until now my issue was with auto ban, I've been false banned a few times, and I accept that autoban may have bugs but after making an unban request and waiting I am ignored until the final day of my ban, after waiting patiently this is the answer I get.. 'You were using aimbot which is why you were banned' instead of helpful response I've been waiting for I get told this shit.
