»{Annihilation} lapis and old coastal

So right now Legend and some other ranks have this new "perk" (which is a bad thing) that some ranked players have to get lapis lazuli themselves in order to enchant their items. i feel like this really SUCKS and people have made threads to remove this. but Arjenpro wouldnt remove it. so my suggestion is to put lapis mines to every single map in Annihilation so that ranked players wouldnt have to suffer.

one teensy weeny suggestion also is to add the GC coastal back. if you guys dont know this, here is a video of Griffin in one of his playthroughs in anni :

Adding lapis back is easier than adding lapis mines to all the maps :3
I will tell him again to fix at least that bug.

+1 for Old Coastal (it was called CoastalV2)
