»Super Ultimate Annihilation Guide - must READ :D

Hello guys this is Brett from Neon Charge Gaming and today i ll be talking about the Minecraft game of Annihilation - Just kiddin lol this is xXDragonBladeXx just spouting nonsense.

Annihilation is one of the most favoured game modes in GC . You can join at any time and leave at any time that is one very good thing about Anni. Now i ll be showing some tips regarding Annihilation in GC

Overall basics-

Annihilation typically starts in a lobby with at least 32 players. You select a map among 3 random maps given for voting. There are 4 teams (RBGY) you can join. The map is like a square with 4 team's bases on the corners and a central mid area with diamonds during phase 3 and onwards.

Each team consists of End stone block called the"nexus" . The nexus has 75 health i.e if u mine it 75 times it will break and the team will no longer respawn. There are 4 phases with 10 mins time and a fifth phase with unlimited time lol...nexus damage is x2 in phase 5. Kits are vast in Anni and there are probably sepereate discussion on each of them. The best kits IMO are Acro Scout Swap Scorp Transporter, Cat (meow) and Assassin..try to get these as early as possible.

There are various types of gameplay in Annihilation and I am going to try my best to describe each of the styles of gameplay. Bear with me

Style 1 - The Farmer
This is the most preferred gameplay style by pro's and everybody tries this style almost once atleast. There are various other thread for tips on farming and they are wayyyy better than what I can explain. Farming is basically you getting Prot 3 armor (Iron or diamond) and Sharp 4 above sword. Then with potions or gapples, you try to spawn kill the enemy team in their base. This is actually one of the most rewarding game styles u can do. Be patient and hard working for 30 mins or so and you can be doing 100 kills in under 10 mins if done properly.

Merits-
1. You will be looked at as a very good player and there will be a lot of fens for you. Most of the top respected players are usually Farmers (eg i can think is @ShadowFame101 , @Richard James etc)
2. You ll be getting a lot of Exp if done correctly (over 400+ minimum if done correctly)

Demerits-
1. You'll be damned if someone ends the other team before you can fully farm. This actually is the worst demerit of farming. you pretty much waste the entire game on armor and 0 kills and actually win/lose the game with no kills.
2. You can get killed in OP gear too. Especially swappers (like me) like to ruin a good farm. And if you are not scout/acro/jumper there is a VERY good chance you'll end up in the void against a swapping defense team lol. DO NOT ever go to farm in a base where you know a swapper is defending. Instead try a different team or at best, go with some team mates...even if they get swapped or you get swapped you can help each other. This is the 2nd most demerit of farming.

Review (personal opinion)
Farming is actually good once in a while in certain maps where you know you are in a good team and you are feeling confident about farming the enemy in maps such as Brawl Valley, Essixdam etc. But if you only play Farming Style you are in for a lot of anger oh boy

Style 2 - The Rusher (@TheEpicRusher )
Rusher is the 2nd most popular style of gameplay. You get a gold pick and try to end the enemy team as early as possible. Rushing actually is a lot exciting than farming as you get a sense of seperate gameplay experience if you rush (Agent 47) . There are again various other threads for review, but i would suggest you get a team with intention to rush and stick together always. Some top rushers are @TheEpicMiner @Davidminecraft @Hunterminecraft @rewardedcarton (nab) @PizaCraft1 (nuu)...if u see these players, defend lol

Merit
1. You'll be getting a lot of Exp easily and ending the game early means more games and more exp
2. Everybody tries to join a rush team if they know there is a farmer in the other team

Demerits
1. You'll be earning a LOT of hatred from Farmers who are in the process of getting armor LOL. Be sure to be in a team with no farmers as a farmer will always almost curse you if u end the enemy he tries to farm
2. IF there is a Xrayer in the enemy team you;ll be damned... you cant hide from a xrayer who will always find you even if u hide in the most secret spot ever created in Anni . Invis rushers are usually the worst affected by Xrayers who like to hack like $hit

Personal opinion-
Rushing is actually suggested in certain maps such as Kingdom and Andorra. These maps are specifically very open in terms of bases and ez to rush. however, if you only intend to rush always you might get a lot of hatred and a lot of deaths too to ruin you kdr

Style 3 - The YOLOer (my favorite)
This is my preferred style. There is no seperate tips regarding this as its my personal style . I usually just get a verrrrryyyy good team mate (like @sepehr_davoodi and @TartarusHD ) and get armor by killing other armored guys and building up on armor. And in a very comfortable moment go the enemy base and farm and rush without any pots/gold pick. This results in a very diverse experience. If you do this alone then you might get killed/bored a lot.. however get a teammate or two with you and you are going to have the time of your life.
Edit - on senpai suggestion (Pizacraft is the leading YOLOer i have seen... :-;

Mertis -
1. you'll be having the most of the gameplay experience than rusher/farmer. Rushers/Farmers require a lot of work to be done and get disappointed most of the time (most of the time) You on the other hand can just go along the game anytime and do anything you want.. Want to farm an enemy with no pots ...sure...want to end a team just coz they r not defending..go ahead...
2. You ll be getting more exp in terms of this gameplay...rushers will giv exp to you by mining...and farmers will help u coz u join them in their farm ez pz kills

Demerits-
1. You need to be with a team mate to enjoy the most. If you are solo then chances are you'll get killed a lot coz u r with little or no armor with no good enchants.

personal opinion on favorite stlye lol
If you are decent at pvp and with a good team mate. this is the best way to play...you can join farmers with enemy gear and get exp from rushers..you r getting the most from the game this way

And lastly

Style 4 - The defender
This is the mosssst boring and hated style ever. You'll be sitting in your nexus for killing rushers/farmers. You'll get killed by farmers alot remember. However once you successfully defend against farmers/rushers the whole team will be alive coz you saved the nexus (hoooraayy!!!) Get a kit such as swapper/defender (duh)/spy and wait in a strategic place in your nexus where the enemy cant see you as he enters but you can see him when he mines. As always...team mate def with you more effective both of you are. 1+1 = 3 !!!!

merits-
1. you'll be saving your team a LOT. Farmers will kill you but once you kill them you are most probably guaranteed a win coz they have no gear and u have all OP gear
2. You will get to know your nexus area better

Demerits
1. You ll be damned booooored..Most of the games you ll be getting only 5/6 kills the entire game.
2. Very OP farmers are hard to be defended against so in a game against them you are screwed ;-;

Personal opinion-
I defend when I know there are enemies definitely coming with swapper and a team mate too..but dont make the point of your game to defend the whole game

Bonus!!! - the style with no skill

THE AFK STYLE!!! you just get into a good team and minimize MC..you get free exp when you do nothing lol..
