»Why So Many PEOPLE quiting GC?!?!?!?!

There are so many reasons people quit,
1. Minecraft isnt a game you can play 12 hours a day until you are 50 years old.
2. GuildCraft became such a big server in such a short time, it becomes almost impossible to have enouh staff to handle this amount of players.
2. Have you seen how many languages people speak these times? Back in the days we had 2 accepted lnguages; Dutch and English, that made it easier to find good staff. But now you can speak whatever you want. I see people from all over the world now, finding specific staff for these players is hard!
3. Due to the fact that the server is cracked, people will hack wayyyy quicker now, they dont care if they get banned for some knockback or kill aura hacks, they will just make a new account!
4. EULA is pure shit. Enough said about this.
5. Due to 4, minecraft is becoming a **** game.

All I have to say, dont blame the staff guys, its not easy to handle a server like this!

Btw Stop Hating On The Staff, They Try They're Hardest Day In And Day Out To Keep GC Clear Off Hackers And Other People That Are Just Annyoing Af So Leave Em Alone Because They're The Reason GC Runs The Way It Does With A Friendly AF Community And Staff Are Fun Af

 

Hackers, bugs, no unbans, other EULA related shit, lag, and so on

 

don't blame staff. also members of gc are quitting because they broke the rules and got perm ban

when i start playing this server the admin was asking in chat if any player need help

but now admin most of the time ignore players
he play more then he work
and if he work he work in muting players even if there mod online

 

And what gamemodes do u play exactly + Admins check hackers reports etc.. If you think its easy then why dont you apply for one

 

if we don't blame staff then who should we blame,staff work to make us happy they become shit (Most of them)

 

i dont apply cuz i dont want to do this shit but if admin job hard and they cant hold this work why they apply

 

They have lifes and they do theyre job when they can you just think that admins are robots who sit near pc 24/7 + Alot of admins are admins on many servers and they cant deal with everything in seconds

and i dont say they should be 24h active in game but when u apply it say u should be ACTIVE

 

i am sure the autoban system is working very good just dont use hacks and get ban then u say its broken

 

I used to play Guildcraft, but then I lost the address for it...Idk Guildcraft has more stone cold players lately, and YES I do remember GC having 3000 players...

Hello @Sei5Gamer, In this post I saw you trying to hate on guildcraft staff with some invalid facts.
First of all, I will put a list down below in which I will respond to your every statement and my opinions about it.

   Well, I don't think you know how hard the job actually is.
   I got moderator on 2 different servers, KitPvP and PotionPvP.
   After I got accepted on PotionPvP when I joined the server I didn't even have time to fight battles in it, I constantly need to /warn and /mute people (often for Hackusating/Bad Sportmanship/Swearing And Harassment) every second, there are around 100 people average on potionpvp, and most of the times when I join I'm the only staff online, so I need to take care of 100 people (watch for people who camp, watch over the chat, Instruct people and give them information and try to help them out) and I love doing it, I love helping people, and after a hard day It's not nice to be disrespected by someone who has no clue what Guildcraft staff do + I try to watch over the forum reports as much as possible, and being staff on 2 isn't that easy. Especially when I only have 2-3 hours of free time a day. But I'm doing my best to make people happy and respond to every request/question.
   Admins Job - The admins job is even harder, They need to watch over hackers, look out for every /helpop report and so on.
   + They are active on forums and from my experience as a member they almost always responded to me. (Some staff might be busy sometimes, depending on the server, And how many people are online).

   Ok so, this is completely wrong. I'm not sure about which server you are talking about but on some servers administrators can't play (factions originals, faction dimension...), My faction is allied to the faction called "Admins" on factions originals and I know how much they respond (only in ally chat) + they respond through msges and private conversations + they watch over every /helpop report, So if a player needs help and admin doesn't respond in public chat, It doesn't mean he isn't helping the player.
   You need to know that admins do their best to help us and assist us, but they can't respond to everyone instantly, They have a ton of work to do.
   
   BTW. Some staff are staff on multiple severs which means if they are staff on 3 servers and have 3 hours of free time available they can't only be active on 1 of those servers.

   Staff try to make as much players happy as possible, but it's hard to help everyone when there is 1 admin on and 150 people. Whenever I asked for help, Admins always responded and helped me as much as they could.
   So please, if you think they are doing a bad job, put some proof. Instead of spending their time playing with friends they spend their time to helping people out, and people make posts with such hate against them, it's just sad, they do their best to make the server run as good as possible, and you still hate on them, anyways, if you think the staff are doing a bad job, apply for staff then, and we will see how you do the job.

 

Well if you blame gc staff for being shitty why should we all not just quit and let all the hackers enjoy their time here.
It would be way more fun to hack on a server where there are no one to stop you.

I often see people call me shit things on faction org, when I say "HI" I get spammed by 20 people asking for help. I dont have 20 copies of myslef, and when I help 1 the other 19 get mad at me, I sometimes wonder why they dont apply as staff. Then I check their bminfo and the rest you can guess yourself.

Autoban suchs "why would people say that???" Well we can ofc just remove it and let all the admins go. then you can start to complain about the need of admins.
Oww I forgot we are shit admins.
No one to ask for help, no one to make gc a better place and no one to BAN or MUTE someone.

It's not easy to be staff but it's so easy to hate 1.
How would you feel if you were staff reading that staff in general is shit.

I myslef think its fun and at the same time stupid.

Maybe It's time to leave when there is no need of us.

 

ik how u feel y u think we are defending u admins ( especially awesome ppl like u ) cuz we all know that admins arent robot they are like us and need to be treated as humans not machines if an admin need a rest that should be 100% respected
also a late help isnt a wrong one cuz many of the needs that ppl ask from admins take time
example : BANNED A HACKER
