aXed was the second Owner, he came 7 months or so after Alterego made the server. Alterego is not online any more and my history goes wayyy beyond AsyFrost and Johannes.

i used to play at that time too when gc was about 50 players

 

I still can't figure out how to fly with the elytra.

all you do is
1) wear it in place of chestplate
2) go somewhere high to glide for longer
3) jump off and while in air double tap space bar until you start gliding
