Ohya lustre... For a house, 500 - 700k is so expensive even tough we have considered the spawners... but, if the building materials, design, and location is perfect, it is worth that much

Updated: only 1 spawner on it. Because i use the other 1 at my nether shop. And since my automatic sugarcane is no longer works. I removed it.

You may get more people interested in your land if you lower the prices a bit, because if you think about it, how many players actually have upwards of 1/2 to 3\4 of a million money? Not all that many. With the price range you have set, plus the 5ok per week "rent" (which is absolutely ridiculous), you're cutting out a large swath of players who might actually be interested. I myself am, but there's no possible way I'm going to pay that much for that land.
(P.S. Take your Spawners with you. No one but you can move them, so it's pointless to leave them behind. Even if you do decide to place them wherever the buyer wants them to go, who's to say they won't want to have them moved again sometime later?)

 

Why do you want to buy that plot? I'm gonna build you a house with spawners in your land!

You'll need 3k claimblocks to get this house. Yes, it is so huge. Make sure you had any sethomes left. If not, then packed up your stuffs to that place. I will help you out to get those.

 

Sounds like a more reasonable price, however, the only problem for me is that I don't have near that many claimblocks. xD
I'm always making farms or other things whenever I get enough blocks, but I'll see if I can't get rid of some to gain some more.

Dunno if I can afford the 50K rent if I do that (or have you knocked that down too?)

Eh... I don't know... My bal is currently sitting at about 177K, and I have 231 Claimblocks less than half of what is required. It would take me awhile to get enough, and by then my bal would of already been drained...

 

@Lustre06 can you tell me how use my claim blocks? I think i got a lot but i don't know how to use them?i got them cuz i voted a lot of times and i had 513 votecoins

@Yoguan /claimlist to know how many claimblocks you had, to use it, get a golden shovel and right click it to the ground, then go to the opposite side of it, so making like a square (10x10)
