I got this question : -

1) Am I allowed to break a block QUICKLY with a pickaxe and QUICKLY hit a player whose inside in their land.
Like suppose, someone made a cobble house, and I got a pick, so if I mine the cobble [which is claimed and will get replaced within half a second] am I allowed to quickly swing and hit the player inside? Or is this bannable?

I don't think you'll be quickly enough. Because you have to be quicker than 0.5 second which is quite impossible.

Let's say you are quicker than 0.5 second. You won't be able to hit the player either because you can't hit a player in the land where he claims. You need to be an enemy with him first. I'm not sure but you won't make it in my perspective.


I don't think this is bannable. Why would it be bannable if you were permitted to hit your enemy in his base?

You can do it if your weapon is the pick itself, and a dia pick does nice damage :3
