    Name of rule breaker: USI/Speucluche/Zexen/iLake
    Name of offense: Quad account abuse
    Server: Creative
    Time: 10:55PM - 11:00PM (GMT+06)
    Date: 9/12/2015
    Evidence: You can check his IP and check when was the 4 mutes. 4 of those accounts were muted during the 5 minutes. He even said "I'm back!" and swear. I hope that is enough evidence.

    Sigh people need to take responsibility for their crimes and stick with their punishment every time you avoid it you only delay it you're gonna get caught eventually :/ -moek
