thanks but thisis what it says every time i submit a ticket no matter what i put in the title nothing works??

After you fill in all the info, you have to enter a message at the bottom (below the "Additional information which might help:" part)

 

yup i did that last night thanksthough , but i posted my support card up what do i do now???
