»Fareawell GC, i got false permanent ban

well some of my friends know by know I got a permanent ban, and I just knew it when I logged in my account.

as you see its because of something called 'Automatic chargeback fraud' which I don't know what it means!!!
so because of this reason I might leave GuildCraft.

What it means is you or someone that bought a rank or kit for you has opened a paypal dispute. This results in an autoban.

What if u offer some items so someone donate for you and open paypal dispute we gonna get auto banned?

It's a donation problem due to several error transactions or related.

@JaySN were you playing at your house or public wifi?
I've noticed that if you play at a local network then somebody else's ban shows in your chat. It happened to me before so that might be your problem. Try logging into faction again and it might work.

Charge back fraud Is when someone purchases a perk or rank on any server and then gets a refund.
Ok then it's probably real.

 

Did anyone buy you a rank, if someone did, they must of did the charge back
