»[KitPvP] Kit Suggestion: Escapist

Kit Escapist includes:

Leather Helmet (Protection I, Unbreaking III)
Leather Tunic (Unbreaking III)

Weapon:
Stone Sword (Knockback I, Unbreaking II)

Permanent Buffs:
Speed III
Jump Boost II

Special:
Gains Speed IV, Invisibility and Jump Boost III for a limited timeframe. You'll not be invisible anymore whenever an opponent hit you or if the special ends. (8 seconds)

Upgrades: Upgrade Escapist to gain a better special, last for 10 seconds instead of 8 seconds.

Costs to buy Escapist: 1000 coins
Costs to upgrade Escapist: 750 coins

This kit is specially designed/made for people/noobs who runs frequent, or for experts to strafe at an extroadinary speed limit!

Well, think about it... Barbarian kit allows you to run with Speed IV whilst using the special. So this kit whereby it's named "Escapist", meaning to say that it needs to have unbelieveable speed. But you're maybe right, it's too hard to control when you want to strafe with the special on. Changed it, look at the difference!

But maybe add protection I to the helmet??
I want this to get added because the kit fairy sucks ... and it would be nice to replace it.

 

Well, if I add Protection I to the armor... It's equalvalent towards a full set of leather armor. But thanks for suggesting some changes.

Because Prot I on the chest would make it harder to be killed.

Not even close to be balanced, this is like a better reaper, except you don't pay euros for this.

Considering it needs to be hugely balanced, speed 3 is op, plus on ability speed 4, invis for 8 seconds? I mean how are people even saying it's balanced.

 

Stated to have invisibility for 8 seconds except when you get hit by someone either by using hand or a weapon (Swords, bows and etc).

I don't think this will be good as a non-donator kit. Imagine like 5+ players running and jumping around with speed 3 and jump boost 2. And I honestly think that speed and jump boost doesn't go that well when it comes to pvp.

 

Well, this is almost ike Fairy but without and with some extra add-ons. But thanks anyways!

There is no one to make kits currently, we've put out a request of kits that were made previously to two devs but they had no interest to do so(tibo and arjen are busy). Also this special wouldn't work since the person can't get completely invisible, the assasin special of anni is on a different minecraft version then kitpvp, to downgrade kitpvp would cost a lot of time and would cause more issue's regarding kitpvp, things break when they get updated or downgraded.

It's a decent idea but also think of the people who've purchased reaper because it was that strong, and they find out // realise that theres a f2p kit that mainly does the same.

So whenever we have someone to make kits, you'll need to re-think on how you think it should work with in mind that invisibility doesn't work and it is not a disappointment towards reaper players.
