Here is my extremely long rant against Anti Cheat, and not only that but the unban system itself.

So anti cheat, as we all know is entirely screwed up in ways we don't even know. You can have horrible aim like myself, and get banned like myself again. This kind of #^$&^@ isn't going to cut it. Too many legit players have been banned and now I'm going to express my rage.

1) I would stay away from pvp, but you forgot the #&*$&*#-ing fact that GC is entirely around PvP. 10/10 servers have some form of PVP. Potpvp, semivanilla. Everything. So you just expecting me to sit there doing nothing isnt going to help

Now its time for my huge paragraph that I'm too lazy to seperate

We PLAYERS AREN'T GETTING UNBANNED FAST ENOUGH.

Its ridiculous. Players who're completely legit are waiting 5+ days to get unbanned, I luckily wasn't one of them. Luckily I got unbanned quickly, however got banned faster than that thanks to PotPvp.

This unban system, is purely not going to work with the amount of bans autoban puts out. There clearly needs to be an adjustment, I don't care what kind but there are over 100 players getting autobanned daily. So I don't know how to put it, but no #&*$&*-ing wonder admins are over loaded, its because autoban bans so much.

Players, have obviously quit, as myself, to go elsewhere, because clearly, we're not getting what we want here. A LOT of legit players dont hack. Yet they're banned daily. And what kind of @&*$&*#@$ is that?

I not only need to point out the fact that, these servers should be COMPLETELY SHUTDOWN until this is fixed, and the fact that in this sort of crisis where autoban is high. Admins should work more towards the unban threads [I don't know if they are based on the fact that some legit players are still banned for well over 5+ days]

And I know this is a bias, because I was one of the victims. But this happened 3 TIMES. That too ALL LEGIT times. A LOT of players have been banned falsely and this is ridiculous.

Shut down the entire thing until it is fixed. Keeping up a server with bugged and extremely reckless things like autoban which seems to be in a beta v2 or something, because quite clearly this only happens on PotPvP and kitpvp.

If it isn't shut down / fixed faster, all I can say is, GC is going to lose players faster than it has ever before.

And not only that, its going to lose its popularity in those servers. PotPvP will no longer ever hit 200 players because half those players are banned as a result of this. KitPvP wouldn't ever be as popular because who is looking to get surprised with some unlegit autoban that is a result of you simply playing?

Fix this. Here is my rant. I could write a lot more. If you want me to, 2 bad.

Here is another part of my rant because clearly I didn't get the rage out enough.

Autoban, has banned me 3 times so far. 3 times in 1 week. 2 times in 12 hours.

My reason was "aimbot / kill aura" I land very few hits in kitpvp, where I was autobanned the first 2 times (Usually only combos due to using mainly wolverine or whatever that kit is)

Now can you explain to me. Where on this planet you think my hits would be aimbot-ish. 1st of all, you can't argue kill aura, autoban should atleast be able to detect head twitches. And not only that but the bots should ATLEAST be behind a player's head if it is testing for kill aura, head twitches are the MOST OBVIOUS sign of it. and of course, this sort of #&*%& gets me banned because obviously, to autoban me hitting the bots that appear right in my #&*$&ing face while I'm pvping is aimbot. You know what mate, screw autoban, I'd be fine without autoban ever existing. I bet you auto ban thus far into this crisis has banned more legit players than illegit. And to add to that, the unban thread isnt helping what so ever.

Not only did I get lucky to get unbanned, but there are other players who aren't lucky, and have their unban post rotting in a corner. I'm impatient, and so are other players. And especially when you're banned for being legit, its where this rage comes from. Being a legit player, I can tell you, nothing. Is more aggravating than knowing that you're sitting there banned meanwhile some dumb kid is sitting on another GC server twitching his head off, using kill aura for all autoban knows.

Its legit so annoying that it actually, has gotten me to quit GC. And I can tell you, I won't be the last one to quit due to autoban. And nor am I the first.

And not only that, but no offense, when someone had told me "anonymous" to stay away from PvP, yes I understand this, but PvP is all of GC, nothing on GC doesn't involve PvP, so that in itself, is saying the entire server is screwed.

We Are Frustrated With This - Fix It

 

Yeah, autoban is pretty bad atm. I got autobanned for "PvP hacks" when all I was doing was walking in my base on factions. And ofc, so many autobans that admins/Tibo don't even reply.
We should have a system like, autoban bans for 5mins/1hr and mails admins, and when an admin catches a hacker 1st ban = PERM ban.

 

And I got autobanned and didn't got unban lmfao

 

You know about this... still I'm banned unfairly

 

And if this BS happens again it's my secons unfair ban. say it happens another time after that I'm perm banned for no reason #RemoveAutoBan

I got banned 4 days ago. I made an unban request, 70+ views still no one but elphios responded.
What really gets on my nerves is that: If an xrayer was banned the same day as me, he would be unbanned by now, xraying again, while I'm still waiting admins to look into a ban that i deserve. I really think about quiting untill facs reset.

 

I got banned twice within 2 days for aimbot/kill aura LOL
Im likely quitting if they dont unban me

Honestly, GuildCraft has the anticheat equivalent to that of an SMP server. I could go on with huzuni and mess with my settings a tiny but and not get detected but if im trying to warm up on potpvp with my op 25 fps and my atrocious aim, I'll get banned.

 

I fought you on kohi. We randomly met on there, not with this name obviously, but you said i was 100 times better on there than on Guildcraft. I think, if anyone, the people i've fought on kohi can attest to the fact that i no op haxor pro. i've never even been ss'd on kohi LOL so yea, the fact that a bad pvper like me would get autobanned is kinda eh

 

ey it's Heavy isn't it? yea you are 100x better on kohi. I think everyone is. GC's hit detection isn't a scratch on kohi's. I circle strafe and 1/10 hits register lmao

 

ikr? my request has almost 90 views and no admin [high enough ranked to unban] answered me. I don't think johannesverk can do anything.

tfw you get banned while the autoban has a bug which tibo did fix, now that its fixed people who get autoban are banned currently

kek people who "are good at pvp" happen to not be banned lol me jkbb bunny2hot mysticvolt fukku75 and others that pvp alot havent been autobanned so there isnt anything wrong with it

 

There is, @PizaCraft1 , @LittleDevil1999 , @Sharrocks , @BlueJay , @HeavyGlint ,@xxdogamanxx , @ChickenWarrior , @DonatHD , all got banned this week.
Play on Kitpvp/Potpvp then come and tell us "Im good at pvp an i didn't get banned" the bug isn't global -.-'
Also saying "autoban isn't bugged because alot havn't been autobanned" is non sense that's like saying this disease isn't rreal because a lot other people are healthy... untill you get autobanned

 

Autoban might be a bit glitched.
But the problem is that there are only a couple people who can see if the
ban was indeed incorrect/correct.

I 100% doubt the legitimacy of these bans. I know myself I wasn't hacking, well because I was the one playing. And the legitimacy of whether or not autoban is correct, can be doubted by us players as well. This is a two way street. It isn't a one way street where its whether or not the ban was incorrect or correct, its more over, the entire system is failing, and we're all getting banned and going to quit within the next week.

 

I didn't get autobanned on kitpvp or potpvp, but what's retarted is that I wasn't even pvping, I was walking in my base when I got autobanned for "PVP Hacks".

I've been waiting over a week (lol). If you hope to get a reply within 3 days, you're extremely ambitious and if you get unbanned before 10 days, you're very lucky.

I could ban hackers in my sleep more correctly than autoban does. And if that wasn't a joke comment, you can msg me and I'll send you unlisted video(s) of me pvping with my mouse sounds.
