Hello everyone, before I'm starting I want to clear out some points:

• I'm not making this thread to get @AsyFrost demoted. I think hes really good headadmin, hes doing great job on Kitpvp & PotionPVP servers. I just want to open his eye and let him hear feedback on the autoban without kicking you from the server.
• If you didn't knew already I got autobanned at kitpvp. I wasn't hacking, I wasn't even In Combat while that happened.

So I want to start with saying that I was playing kitpvp. I selected Dragon kit, I pvped, I died, Then I respawned, got a kill or 2, Then searching 1 of my targets, I noticed my friend refill on a roof, I tried to shot on him fireball, which failed and flow away. Then I walked 2 blocks and got autobanned.
So I made unban request. Elphios commented fast saying this:


Saturday. So I waited 2 days and I got no answer. So I went ts and messaged Asy. Remember that part, I'll show you what happened on ts later. After 6 days, Asy finally replied to my unban request.


Now lets see what answer I did "got" at ts.


Wow. What language do I need to read this to get the answer of "You didn't got unban on the unban wave, ban stays". If you see that kind of answer on the picture then tell me. Not only the toxic answer, I'm 200% sure the 'unban wave' was Staff members & asy friends that got autobanned. By the way, You see the red message over there? Yes, I got kicked from ts by asy with the message: "gtfo" (get the **** out). I still don't understand, so you unbanned some peoples, what does it have to do with my ban? You can't just leave my ban because some players got unban.
So I tried to talk some admins friends, like Balot and etc, they all said "don't worry i'm sure u'll get unban, asy will help u".
Everyone who say a word on the autoban, get infinity hate from asy. Which means you'll never get your unban that you deserve.

So this is my point: I wasn't hacking. that's a fact. If you going to comment "prove that you don't hack" that makes no sence. You can ban all the players, and unban only the players who can prove they don't hack? No, so same with here. Since I got autobanned and this is a mistake, You should prove that I hack.

As you can see I wasn't in combat while got banned.

And again, I don't want asy demoted. I just want asy to care about peoples he don't like too, and I just want to play guildcraft again.

If you give objective arguments I'm willing to listen, you're simply giving your opinion about something you know little to nothing about. You're using the "wrongly autobanned" excuse as a reason for your ban that you do deserve.

These people were the ones that had the specific data we've gathered from for example bluejay and many more players who made unban requests, their data all showed specifics that were similar to the bug that tibo fixed when we noticed there was a bug in it, so everyone in a period of 10 days was unbanned.

You don't get to come on Teamspeak and demand what I should do and what not, stfu is nothing bad, it's telling you to stay quiet.
You message aXed with demands whilst YOU are RIGHTFULLY banned and he won't even hestiate to ban you.

Elphios, Dutch_Spawn and me tested the "unproven theory" that the Dragon kit gets you banned, we've pvped for around 10 minutes and neither one of use was even able to create one violation by the plugin. Yes, we spammed fireballs.

TLR you're rightfully banned but are butt hurt over it, trying to get an unban and sneak your way into the list where the people who did get banned wrongfully. Now you're reporting me for telling you you will not receive an unban, this is hilarious since Tibo442 is the one who figured out the bug and fixed it and gave the list.

Btw, that admin who said that, +1 you just said that tibo is wrong as well. You seriously think I just decide that a ban is unfair? Smh you guys clearly think nothing of this is discussed.

 

I don't care i'm not on that list, I didn't use hack any I know it. How can you prove I got autobanned and I wasn't in combat? ...

400+ people got unbanned, damn bro i got tons of friends and we got so many staff members.

Name not on the list, ban stays.

 

Also @TheCatsKing just told me at ts that I don't seem to have a ban on bminfo -.- wtf that suppose to mean?
And can you just explain how I got autobanned without being in combat??

Oh there we go again, you get fed some wrong information because people don't know how to read the forums.
Sorry TheCatsKing I'm gonna have to make an example out of you, this is not aimed at you or whatsoever you're doing a great job at admin and building, no hard feelings.

As I was saying, you get fed information that is just 9/10 of the time wrong.
You're saying I unban my friends and staff, which is wrong.
You're saying theres no ban on your history, which is wrong.
You're saying the dragon kit got you banned, which is wrong.

I got tired of extending the list and explaining myself to the community, if they don't have faith in what I do then so be it but any other admin would say the same if they have the permissions as I have, as would aXed.
