You're correct, and to add to this, aXed can't be on the forums all day checking every single support ticket. He has a server to run, and has to deal with many issues a day, and most of them take time, and you can't simply do everything at once. People must remember that he's not a robot, he's a person just like all of us, so he needs a break once in a while just like anyone else would. None of us can imagine the amount of workload he must do, since probably close to none of us have to deal with the work level and stress he does with the server.

 

I can't agree with you more, hes just a guy give him some time. aXed has a life just like all of us just give him some time

@McPasta just make a new support ticket, 2 months ago my account was hacked and my first suport ticket n1 replied but 2 weeks later i maked a second suport ticket and than some1 helped me and gave my account back .

 

Someone get this guy some help please.
I havent studied psychology much but at least someone here has.
