Wait that's not right you subtract 73-60 and get 13 then u divide by 4 and get 3 chairs 1 leg left over so 3.25 chairs. 13 is the number of legs left @_SoraX_

 

13 x 4 = 52
20 - 13 = 7
7 x 3 = 21
52 + 21 = 73
