"Raiding" and "Griefing"can't happen if the owner claims the land.

 

I'll like to add, "Raiding" and "Griefing" can happen even if the player claimed the land, this can happen if you use the command
./seen [name] and if the last time the player was seen was 28 days- a mounth you can contact an admin and get the land unclaimed.
