Make a support ticket here with enough info that this is you account. http://guildcraft.org/support/ Also, alt accounts are not allowed and for him to log into your account, he had to know your password. You knew who was on your account therefore I'm guessing that you gave him you password not knowing that he would hack it. Two bannable offences on your side from my point of view. @Elphios @ItsAmethyst
I didn't give him my password I promise it was just a really obvious password and he I don't even know him at all I just saw him warp to my island maybe once or twice in the past. And about the alternate account, I'm sorry I didn't know it wasn't allowed only because on other servers that i played on it used to be allowed. Also I didn't know he was using my account it just said when I tried to login 'yOu are already connected to this proxy' so I went to use my alternate and warped to my island and saw what is in the video
I know im not involved but only abusing alt accs is banable and abusing it it means he use alt accs to get starter stuff.
btw I haven't made a support ticket before so I'm not really sure what to write and how do I prove that MarkoB is my account with evidence? like screenshots?
You know you're not involved so do as you know it. Leave it to the staffs to check the report and decide on the follow-up actions. To retrieve your account, you will need evidence that the account actually belongs to you. As for the hacker, screenshots will not tell much but perhaps more important details like time of occurrence, how it all happened etc will help. In essence, be as detailed as possible in describing the whole scenario. All the best
Thank you for the help and also will it be at all possible to get any of my items back from the player since ive lost absolutely everything because of this. Also i have changed my password now because this player didn't change it when he took all my stuff so i guess i still have my account.
The part on items may be a bit tricky since it has to start with proving that the said player did hack your account to begin with. Try contacting some of the SkyBlock admins on TS or in-game. They will be better able to help you than I can, and are a very friendly bunch I'll tag some here to notify them of this @PapaBoom128 @boiboi97 @UchihaSamy
Those who click on it will be prompted to make a request for permissions to view the content. I believe this is changeable under advanced settings (should be at bottom right of the page where you manage sharing permissions). Make sure you set the permissions for public viewing (anyone with the link can access it). Hope that helps Otherwise you can try to google it up for more detailed guides
