»Semi Vanilla - Vote System & stuff..

Hey guys,
i dont know how many of you play semi vanilla, but ive seen that after watching an /ad or just voting doesnt give anything.
Yesterday my friend and me tried to vote, vote was successful...but problem is that on vote party there is link to get reward, but you get nothing...when u click another time, it says that reward has been already claimed.
Of course, we already tried to rejoin or reconnect but its not working.
Second problem is that after being killed by fall or some mob, there is no stuff on the ground left, all i found was xp, and my friend found only xp and 1/3 of his stuff. That sounds like some glitching, doesnt it?
Idk is it better to leave server, and go to another or wait for a fix?
