I want to Suggest a Command /f war or /faction war
Every Faction Can fight each other. like 3v3 or 5v5 or 10v10 Faction wars
to make it more Interesting. This is will be Fun If /duel and /f war is in GC Faction

you can invite to war. like

/f war FactionClan and just wait to accept them. and they will pick a players to join In fight.
