I would be much more willing to donate even more to the server if I knew my purchases would not be thrown away after resets.

So there are two opposing views I can see here.

One viewpoint is that the server gets more donations by deleting all donations from the previous season and players will just buy there stuffs all over again.

The other viewpoint is that players get wise to this after a reset and are less willing to donate to the server because they understand that they will be screwed. Kinda a trick me once sort of thing.

I understand this is primarily a financial decision to maximize revenue, I just think its backfiring and your angering your customer base while actually reducing your income.

If you don't want your stuff deleted buy a rank or a kit or particles or pets or mostly anything else like Derp just said.

My view is that only the uber rich kids get things like bonus donate coins or money (the only ones that are reset I think), so they can afford to re-purchase their stuff. Everyone would rather buy a rank for it's better value, which is kept across resets and is not an issue. And then there's you who is getting y because it sounds like you purchased one of those two without knowing that it would get reset.

Yes, the store should make it absolutely clear that those packages will only last for 1 reset. No, they should not be permanent, as changing things like this always leads to confusion and hassle e.g. there will be those players who bought donate coins two years ago who will be like "I want my donate coins from then", then aXed has to personally go through and process thousands of purchases manually when he is better off spending his time fixing the servers.

PS, your poll is leading the respondee and is invalid. Fix it so that people can also say they dont buy them and don't care or wouldn't buy the packages that expire regardless neb.

When a server resets, you get to do /redeemperks, if u have a rank

 

I should have prefixed the poll to only vote if you have or if you will soon buy perks that are not currently permanent, like claim blocks or mcmmo vouchers. Or if you would purchase them if they where permanent. PPL who would not buy them regardless don't matter to the poll.

 

They are meant to be non permanent because of p2w. Otherwise someone p2wing one reset will have advantages over all the other resets which is clearly not they or anyone would want. And as said only few people who p2w alot buy this stuff, so I don't see why they would make it permanent to make games easy for people who p2w.

 

What I am saying is that I don't get my mcmmo, money, or any of the perks that I got when I first donated.

 

If you have a rank and don't get the perks specified in your rank and /redeemperks is not working then file a support ticket.
