a diamond ore block pops up near the nexus in a random place in the phase 4. whenever it is collected will respawn in other random place near the nexus.(always under the ground 2-3 blocks)
-1 Nexus area is protected, and that thing is pretty op, teams would start digging from the start, clear up all of the surrounding area, and litrally have diamonds for the whole team, because from what you say, it spawns somewhere else when it is mined from somewhere.
