»GuildCraft registration problems

Im very late to post this but the first time i registered in gc it is quite a bit confusing it says "register password confirm password " then after that right click and load TADA!!!!! Your account exceeded the maximum registration. How is it possible? That is my first time back then. How could you encourage the people to join gc if they have problem registering unregistared IGN? Pls fix it so that they can easily register and join the server. Thats all thank you.
