Okay this is not a report for hacking or something this is just a show how unfair mods are, before i start this topic i wanna startoff with saying that my mute for harrasement is fair, i agree with it i know what i did wrong so that is not the point of this post.

So lets talk about where this is about
First of all Whitou_Noys got muted for language, and YES it was fair! but the unfair part is that jukku was saying things in ally chat with other bad things im not gonna say them here, the worst part is that the muter of Withou_Noys (TheUrbanViking) saw that to but he didn't do anything about it.
After that semdelsasso began to ask in normal chat why he got muted and he said do you wanna lose your'e mod if u only mute people u dont like. thats the only thing he said!!! i got it on screen and after that he got muted for Staff Disrespect?!!? How the hell is that staff disrespect?? i dont get it, if you get it i'd like to get an explain down here All screenshots are down here enjoy the unfair GC

I wasn't online for most of this but I will summarize my side of the story and my opinions on this.

For starters, my mute against you like you said was fair; I was sent a screenshot of you harassing another member / joking about ****, glad you agree the mute was fair.

I believe Viking muted semdelsasso for staff disrespect, and I don't agree with the mute. I wasn't online when this happened, though if I was I would of talked about the mute in mod chat with Viking, as a 3 day mute for what I see from the screenshots you provided seems unjust, a more reasonable mute would be for "arguing" which is a mutable offence.

Regarding your screenshots of ally chat, they are completely irrelevant as ally chat itself is not mutable; I'm not sure why you needed to provide those screenshots. You said that it was unfair that jukku was saying stuff in ally chat though we can't help you with anything said in ally chat, maybe next time get your faction mod to neutral or enemy the ally, use /f tac to turn off ally chat, or /f leave.

If you see someone saying something mutable and no mods/helpers online dealing with it, we may have missed it in public chat or may be busy, afk or doing something else. You can always /helpop the person, or screenshot it and report it on the forums for us to take a look at. We have a role to deal with every offence in public chat and we will if we see one / get informed about one.

Regarding vikings mute again, I can't say much about it as I wasn't online though if you feel like it was unfair I suggest getting your friend to make an appeal instead of reporting staff members for being unfair.

Ally chat is mutable when someone reports it.
A mod can allways miss something so instead of being toxic and accusing a staff member of missing it on purpose you should have just reported the mutable offense on the forum instead of arguing a staff member.
Thereby both if you sems have a bad history so if you make such comments I have no problem with mods being strict and muting you for 3 days, you are allways arguing staff without a good reason.
